Satish S is an associate member of ICAI and ICWAI. He joined DAA Consulting in 2018. He has 35+ years of experience across Industry and Consulting in Indirect Taxation and Technology. Before joining DAA, he was a Sr. Partner at PwC and prior to that was the Global Head of Tax for L&T Group. His specialty is advising on tax implications on business aspects such as amalgamation, long-term contract structuring, ERP Implementation etc. He is a prolific speaker in august forums and conferences conducted by industry and trade bodies.

D Arvind is a Chartered Accountant from England and Wales and a Fellow Member of ICAI, ICSI & Indian Council of Arbitration.

He recently served as Memeber (Technical) of National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Kolkata during July 2023 to January 2025 during which his bench pronounced more than 700 rulings and passed a few landmark judgements which were upheld by NCLAT & the Honourable Supeme Court.

He is also an IBBI Registered Valuer & Insolvency Resolution Professional. He is also a MCA & ICSI certified Corporate Governance Professional. He founded DAA in 2010 and has 35+ years of experience across Industry and Consulting.

Prior to founding DAA, he was a Partner at KPMG, Deloitte and PwC in the Consulting Arena and Head of Legal & Tax of Castrol India. He has served in senior level positions at various Trade & Government bodies. 

G Sivakumar is a fellow member of ICAI with 35+ years of experience in the finance and accounting field. He has served in Senior Positions at Industry-Leading Organizations, handling diverse functions such as Treasury, Corporate Finance, Capital Budget Controlling, Mergers & Acquisitions, Investor Relations, ERP implementation, Budgeting & Planning, Business Controlling, MIS and Project and Procurement Controlling. He leads the Audit & Finance Verticals at DAA Consulting.

Akshay Arvind is a fellow member of ICAI and an associate member of ICSI with over 10 years of experience in Management Consulting and Indirect Taxation. He started his career at the inception of DAA and heads the Mumbai and Bangalore offices. He has done over 50 tax optimization studies for various Fortune 500 and Indian Multinational clients where he has added value through his out-of-the-box thinking and innovative structuring of business transactions. He is a prolific litigator with a successful track record before Adjudicating and Appellate Authorities and Tribunals. He specializes in providing Life Cycle Support to international companies trying to enter the Indian market. He also leads the technology initiatives at DAA Consulting. He has been a speaker at various Indian & International Industry & Trade conferences.

Adithya Srinivasan is an associate member of ICAI who has been with DAA since its inception. He supports the Mumbai practice of the firm and heads the Pune & Nasik branches. He has supported many Indian and Global MNCs on their tax structuring, set-up, process improvement and international trade compliance. He has extensive experience in handling implementation of Foreign Trade Policy including set-up of SEZs, EOUs, EHTPs and STPIs. He has also worked with clients across industries in building end-to-end supply chains that are both cost efficient and legally compliant.

Shankar Iyer is a Chartered Accountant and Direct tax professional with 13+ years of consulting experience in the taxation and regulatory field, including corporate taxation, international taxation, taxation on mergers & acquisitions and other regulatory areas. Prior to joining DAA, Shankar worked with EY, PwC and KPMG. In his experience at the Big 4, he has advised various MNCs and reputed domestic business houses across multiple industries. He spealises in -
